All the paperwork is signed and will be recorded tomorrow - both the sale and the purchase. Drove by the new place the other night after the purchase paperwork was done and saw this:

... yes, despite still not knowing when we'll be able to get the keys to the home we'll own as of 2:30pm tomorrow...
