Squatters?

According to the seller's son-in-law, they'll "definitely be out by August 1." It seems to be difficult to impress upon them the need for a more firm deadline, except that they now know that contractors will be showing up on Wednesday to scrape the ceilings as well as Dish Network to do their install. I just wish they would at least schedule their phone service cancellation because our transfer/install order can't be processed until they do. We really love the seller, but his family seems to be a little lax about this whole process.

At least we own the house now... except that we don't own the one from which I'm typing this. So I guess that makes us squatters.

Anyway, we have a truck reserved for Monday night pick-up and we'll load it up with lots of boxes until we can unload it Tuesday night in the new garage. I guess I won't get too stressed just yet and I'm only working Monday/Tuesday next week which will make it easier on me.
