Talked to our Lending Tree agent this afternoon and our documents are off to the Closing Department and will be at the Title Company on Monday. We'll be scheduling a time to sign away our old house and then sign away our lives on the new one... SOON!
In the meantime, I have to replant the courtyard (the plants had to come up so they could drill for the termiticide) and pack like mad. Not to mention I'll be in Pleasanton on Sunday so that day's a bust for packing.
I'm off now to do a walk-through on the new house.
