Our offer was rejected. Bummer. The seller’s daughters apparently said that they thought their father’s house could sell faster than ours, even if they have to take a lower price. Seems the daughters are pulling the strings because it seemed that the father/owner wanted to accept it. Oh well. If we sell before he does, we’ll make another offer… only $10k lower. Their loss.
For now, we’ll focus on getting ours sold and then go from there.
