Open House Day

Today was our first open house. It was VERY successful, with several very interested parties. One person stayed for about 40 minutes and someone else for about an hour. Then there were a couple more folks who expressed strong interest.

Despite it being stressful having complete strangers walk through my house, it was a good day. We are hopeful that we'll get an offer this week.

Oh, and a very cool side note: A couple other realtors came through (they were also holding open houses today), and they were QUITE impressed and wanted to know what company had staged the house... Since it was me, maybe I have another career in my future! :o)
